What is the best windows xp administration program for monitoring and limiting users?

I am a online sales manager, and I employ 4-5 18-23 year olds to list parts on ebay. The problem is that I cannot get them to stay on track, off instant messenger, off facebook, myspace, etc. Is there a program out there that will allow me to set their computers not to allow myspace, facebook, aim, adultfriend finder, etc. I need a program that blocks aim and yahoo and all programs like that, and restricts address to other websites, while allowing them to do everything else related to ebay and access network folders. Any suggestions would be great.

Update: I dont know how to use ISA server or local security policy, group policy, and content advisor in windwos XP. Is there a website for this that provides step by step tutorials?

I'd prefer just a simple program to automate all this for me. Thanks!

thing is that simple doesnt get you the functionality.

I would use ISA.

Maybe you can put in some 3rd party content control software on each desktop.


you could change the hosts file on each desktop however finding the IPs will be a challenge.

there are tonns of sites online for ISA etc.

best way is a combination of some proxy server as Imran said ISA, it is very powerfull specialy with thirdparty addons, secondaly install some kind monitoring/tracking software on each node like employee monitor etc.
