Vista Memory Hard Faults.
Rating:
()
First i want to know what the hell they are actualy.
with 512 memory there were a lot hard faults but now with 1gb memory they dramiticaly reduced but not gone totaly even when system memory is more then 50% free. Whats your experience about it and any one using SuperFetch, ReadyDrive and ReadyBoost with fast USB and is it better then physical memory? Last edited by Azfar : 11-07-2007 at 07:15 AM. |

Readyboost can never be as good as physical memory and the fastest usb are still way slower than physical memory

Actually ready boost isnt meant to act as a replacement of Physical memory, its meant to speed up secondary memory or harddisk. It think it acts as a cache for hardisk or something like that.

Yeah it will act as a cache for harddisk but still its kinda act like a physical memory I guess. Here the flash drives available only corsair Flash drivers supports this feature.
