First i want to know what the hell they are actualy.
with 512 memory there were a lot hard faults but now with 1gb memory they dramiticaly reduced but not gone totaly even when system memory is more then 50% free.

Whats your experience about it and any one using SuperFetch, ReadyDrive and ReadyBoost with fast USB and is it better then physical memory?

Readyboost can never be as good as physical memory and the fastest usb are still way slower than physical memory

Actually ready boost isnt meant to act as a replacement of Physical memory, its meant to speed up secondary memory or harddisk. It think it acts as a cache for hardisk or something like that.

Yeah it will act as a cache for harddisk but still its kinda act like a physical memory I guess. Here the flash drives available only corsair Flash drivers supports this feature.
