windows xp problem

I downloaded some cracks from a site which turned out to be some virus and I kept getting this error that unrecognizable versions have been replaced with windows please insert windows xp cd..... and my desktop use to keep dissapear and coming back....i fixed this with antispyware software but now problem is that my pc doesn't shutdown it keeps restarting when i click on shutdown button..... how do i fix this ..... pehle yeh problem nahi hoti thi....
