Problem with Windows.

Hey members, am having this problem since i re-install my windows around 2 months ago. problem is that whenever i try to run an application/setup i got this error specially with games setups + windows calculator
 as well. please post solutions what should i do :S.thanx.

i run setup from winrar just to take screen shot. where as i use deamon tools/alcohal for .iso files.
k kashif will give it a try. thanx.
