How to make Xp 3D?

I want my Windows Xp full 3D specailly Icons. i want it to look like cubes i want everything 3D. Icons of Ny Computer, My Documents, Recyle Bin, etc. A cool 3D Look Like Mac Os X. But I Dont want mac, i want to my destop to look cool like mac, any software? theme?
