Help regarding seeding and uploading problem

Dear friends
I used to download torrents from different public sites but for the past week or so, i've started downloading torrents from few private sites..now the problem is that when i downloaded torrents from public sites, they gave me decent upload speeds aswell on my 512K connection but while downloading from private sites, i experiance either no or very less upload speed..can anyone help me in this regard????i have to keep up with the ratio aswell to stay away from getting banned.

Seedboxes help but generally, you have to leave the seeding on for a couple days or even weeks.

if u're d/ling something that has been around for quiet a while ur upload would be low as on private trackers, u find a lot of seeders for old stuff
e.g. on filelist.org say title "X" on day of release would have a 10 leechers for every leecher.
after about 10 hours the ratio would be nearly opposite

most private trackers (atleast filelist) only allows u to become a uploader if u have something like a 10mbit+ connection!
(and that is upload!)
