Wateen Started Billing ...

I have received a bill form Wateen against their services today first time
after four months and guess what they have charged me for over limit of
monthly quota and to my knowledge there is still no system for monitoring
quotas ... and also there are other calculation mistakes on the bill according
to my selected package ...

When will Wateen launch something that will be impressive or less stupid
as it seems being impressive is just too big for them ...

Anyone else got the bill ... ?

so people finally i got my bill today ...........i wasn't at home till 11 so i just opened that envelop and goshhhh.........my bill is 3395 Rs

1) Internet
Package : 10GB
Extra usage : 3203 mb
Line rent : 581
Charges : 1650 .........(not mentioned for what)
amount before FED : 2231
total : 2231

2) Telephony
(PS: i am not using phone since 2 months [no phone at all ...don't even have at all])
line rent : 270
charges : 7.20
ammount : 277.2
FED 41.58
total : 318.78

and its written at the top 3395

amount written at bottom
2459

what the hell all this is ....................

i am pretty happy with the service though but this capped thing suxx yar

i also have same confusion previous balance says ... 9.5K approx. ...
and total payable at the bottom is 1.5K approx ...
extra MB usage is 653

I will post the actual figures tomorrow ... i left my bill in the office

got the weird bill today....it lacks detail and my Blood Pressure has raised....i am going to teach them a lesson today with some famous complimentary abuses.

i have talked to a franchise guy and he told me that wateen has sent bills"anneh waah"(means blindly....................)

he told me to bring my bill and he will get it cleared
