Well which is the best torrent downlaoder? bit commet, utorrent, bitspirit or else...
Is it good to download from torrent with a speed of 256kb/p DSL?

Yep, utorrent here too. IMO, the best torrent software by far. Its light on resources, small in size and easiest to use.
