Volume based DSL???

When v talk about volume based DSl like 4Gb, or 5Gb, wt does it means?
Does it means to download files frm internet with a limit of 4Gb or download files + browsing of pages= 5Gb..like in GPRS

plz let me know that?...

Yes, what everyone tells you is bitter and true.
My blitheful existence was first plagued by this "capping" phenomenon when I purchased the GoCdma wireless phone just for the sake of faster...decent internet service. I was into my third month of somewhat satisfied usage when one day unexpectedly I was refused login! Upon inquiry it was revealed to me that I had used up the 1.25GB limit on my Rs. 1500 card! Previously a Rs. 1500 card meant unlimited downloads for a month. That's how I wasted Rs. 6000 on the GoCdma telephone which is now snoozing in its box in some lost corner of my house.
