I have read both of the authors and can summarized their work as following

• I think Mazhar Kaleem MA is the best available because Ibn-e-Safi has gone
• Otherwise you know that the characters, secret services, villains and even the sing art all are original work by Ibn-e-Safi which give him a credit. This original work is copied by all authors even Mazhar Kaleem MA
• Ibn-e-Safi is more suspense oriented while Mazhar Kaleem MA is more towards action and technology oriented.
• The story in Mazhar Kaleem books is opened in first two/three chapters while Ibn-e-Safis' story remains in suspense till the end

Well its my own opinion, may be a bit exaggerated , I meant that Mazhar kaleem's volumes are mostly two books for one story, and they usually are fat. So you can create a season based soap on those rather an old Ptv like play.

aray yar nahi.....mujhe achi tarah yaad hay k ibn-e-safi ka novel parhte parhte so gaya tha .. it never happened in my life . Abbas is right that M.Kaleem is more action oriented while ibne-safi was strictly bound by spying. It was really his credit to brought such a cool character and the followers can also be credited because if they havent done this in their own way....Imran had already vanished quite long ago.
