9800GTX Stocked speed cards are available for around $200 over internet, oc editions of 9800GTX are still around $300 which is out of my budget but there is an oc version of 9800GTX available for around $200 and it's Zotac 9800GTX Amp Edition.
But I found a problem with this card on this page:
Zotac 9800GTX not reconized in Sensor Page - Lavalys Discussion Forum

Mod of Lavalys forum said this about the Zotac card:
Since your video card does not implement a fully featured sensor chip, EVEREST cannot monitor fans or GPU voltages.
Will this be a problem?.

Unfortunately there is no review of this card available on the net except this one and it doesn't say anything about temps or fan speed:
t-break - Zotac 9800GTX AMP Edition

Zotac 9800GTX Amp Edition speeds
Core Clock 750MHz
512MB GDDR3 memory 2300MHz
128 Stream processors 1890MHz

Stock speed for NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX
Core Clock 675MHz
512MB GDDR3 memory 2200MHz
128 Shader processors 1688MHz

What you guys will suggest should I buy an oc version or should I buy a stocked one and oc it when gaming and underclock it while not gaming?.

Thanks

zotac is one of the companies that alters the default nvidia spec. that could be one of the reason.
