I wanted to know;
1) I have INTEL 82845G Motherboard, so which 3D card is suported for it..AGP or else?

2)I have 512Mb DDR Kingston RAM n now i wanna get 1Gb DDR2 Kingston Ram..R they compatible with each other??

1. i think it has a 4x agp interface. any 8x/4x agp should work.
2. no, u need DDR ram. DDR2 wont work

For your 1st question.. I dont think thats the Motherboard model brother.. its a graphics chipset. Will chk n let u know.. sorry if im wrong!
and NO ddr1 and ddr2 are not compatible with each other!

Your motherboard must be a 845 model.. Anyways.. 845 has AGP.

I have a PCI card slot for 3d card...
Secondly i was hoping if someone can tell me that does 845G series support DDR2 rams??

the only 3d accelerator in pci flavour that i've seen is the fx5200
and no u cant use DDR2, must stick with DDR

845G series i dont think so supports DDR2...
And you get alot of PCI cards in the market... one of them are as Ali bhai mentioned.. Fx5200.. apart from that Galaxy has a few ATI Radeon cards available... But that wud cost you more than u getting a newer and better board!

How do i know that I have a PCI or AGP card???Any physical difference???

Well if your board has the Top most slot.. it supports AGP.
While the 4 white ones are PCI slots.

Where do you plug your card.. In the white one or the top most??

And if you cud tell us the model of your motherboard it wud be really easy to tell which card u have.
D845xxx < fill in the X's!! E.g D845 GAV or GSA or something like that!
