My choice would be: The 320Gb with case.

Fahad is using a IDE hard drive with usb case SAFE???? Cuz i had a 40gb hard drive without any bad sectors... But switching on/off in the usb casing caused it to get bad sectors... atleast thats wat i think... But im pretty sure my drive did not have any bad sectors... so is it safe?

The first option is better but has no warranty on case. The WD Passport drives at least have the much needed warranty.

If you do go for the first option, ask Umer to get you the external casing he got me (red colored box one) for PKR1400. It supports both IDE and SATA and has better build quality.

Don't go for the cheaper ~PKR800 casing. I lost such a casing within the first week.
