what do you mean? are you saying that you want cheap bandwidth rates?
Which country are you located in?

I doubt any other country will provide cheap bandwidth rates. Pakistan has one of the lowest in Dialup category.

I am talking about E1, E3 rates in Korea and India. And it’s not cheap in Pakistan. Not dialup bandwidth rates, broadband bandwidth rates.

found this from a recent news....not sure if its applicable worldwide or not...but this was for Pakistan:

As for International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) tariffs effective from July 1, 2006 the E1(2M bps) for ISPs will be $3,000 instead of $3,950 whereas for call centers it would be $2,400 instead of $3,500. Similarly for DS3 (45 M bps) ISPs will pay $39,000 instead of $67,150 and call centers will be charged $31,200 instead of $57,150. STM 1 (155 M bps) price will be $84,000 and 67,200 for ISPs and Call Centers respectively. From January 1, 2007 the tariffs for Voiced Data Services have been merged and will go down further to $2400, 28800 and 67,200 for E1, DS3 & STM1 respectively.

UZI will become famous soon enough
I doubt you'll find any native koreans or indians in this forum!

1.) you should look at social, business and professional networking sites (such as Orkut, MySpace, Facebook and especially Ryze and LinkedIn) for Koreans and Indians, preferably ppl related to telecom, and put to them your question...I myself have participated in a few surveys for complete strangers...ppl out there help each other all the time.

2.) Post your request to local korean and indian forums, they might be able to point you out in the right directions.
