What is Psychological and intergrity test?

I have been called for psychological and integrity tests. I didn’t appear for this kind of test before.

So does anyone has any idea about it?

Should I do some preparation for it?

For what purpose? there are several kinds of integrity and Psycological tests separately for job education,mental health etc etc. Whats your purpose?

if these are for a job interview then I have been through these. For Integrity tests they will test you Profeciency and Attainment I.e your competence in particular job related tasks. Plus the Psychometric tests which measure the Psycological factors such as intelligence and personality.

You must be going for a Top notch company If the above testing is being done . congrats!

tome it seems like that you are applying for an army post

ordinary and multinational companies will not test you so much.

Actually, multi nationals do have rigorous testing. The other day, the guy at Alcatel-Lucent was telling me that he had 3-4 interviews regarding a plethora of things for his job position. That included an IQ test (totally non-technical) among other things. He said that after giving those interviews, it was a wonder that he got selected since he performed so badly on them.

Sorry i didn't mention that i have applied for NAB ( National accountability Bureau). Allah ke fazal sey written has been cleared and now they called me for Psychological and integrity test.

I have no idea whether it is written or oral. Although they mention in the letter to take pen along with so it indicates that test is written.

Psychological and integrity test is one test or two different thing?

Does any preparation needed for this?

well lets say for the integrity test they might offer you Nawaz sharif's balance sheet to try . (dont know your post there) if you are applying as an accountant.

psycological is rather easy. Just hold your nerves to whatever comes! there could be five kinds of questions, watch out for open questions! and Problem solving questions.! Closed,leading,probing kind of questions are easy.

just relax and have confidence in urself.
thats the kwy to success.
they will ask a few general questions.
nothing of which u have to prepare urself.
just be confident and say what u have to say.
dont be hasitent in any way and u will do fine

talkto someone who has gone through ISSB test. My brother has, but he isnt in pakistan. they have to go through a similar test as a part of ISSB test
