Basic survives as VIsual Basic
(i have Qbasic lying around if someone wants it it is the only programming language i ever bothered to learn.) C was actually developed as B wasnt good enough (honest) dont know why no one ever bothered with A! C++ is basically C with OOP plus other goodies! C# is too different from C, c++ to be called a variant, it's more of m$ take at producing a language akin to early days of basic |
