Employment benefits vary from job to job. They are not the same everywhere and the amount of coverage (medical/insurance, etc) also varies.

i have a problem type question..
on 1st april 06, mr x was provided with a car list price 25000 and co2 emission rate of car was 196gm/km.. he was also provided fuel with the car on 1 july he was involved in a serious accident and had to give a legal fees 2000.. (ok neglect this) now on 1st november he was again provided with a 1800cc with fuel, car list price 22000 and co2 emission rate was 209gm/km now how would you calculate the car benefit and the fuel benefit..?? |

price 25000 emission: 196 gm/km new car: price 22000 emission: 209 gm/km price diff: 3000 emission diff: -13 So although the new car is cheaper, it is less efficient in terms of CO2 Emission as it emits 13units more than the original car. Other factors contributing to this may be the power rating of the car. The new car is 1800cc which may be more powerful as compared to the old one, since we do not have that info on the original car, we cannot justify it using power rating alone. Not sure if that answers ur question.
