XBOX 360 without ROD Problem Yet?

Has the above been launched yet? My Box just gave me the lights again and I am seriously considering buying a new box instead of getting this repaired again especially with the new HDMI jack it is mouth watering.
But since I am in DXB I would greatly appreciate advice and current cost of different variants available in the market.....the one I am most interested in is the version that does not have the RROD syndrome! Oh and ofcourse they should be able to play bootlegged games .......  Since I already have everything all that I really need is a working console (no accessories required). Thanks all for valuable inputs in advance.
