I need help guys, my ps2 isn't reading disks at all when i insert the disk nothing happens i even tried cleaning the lens but all in vain, i guess lens has problem, what to u guys say? if i need to fix it then which shop is best for fixing it? which don't charge me extra money, any shop from rawalpindi or islamabad? or can i fix it myself?

Ok i gave my ps2 to KIRAN ELECTRONICS for repairs on saturday he checked and told me that it has lense problem he said he will do service on it and see if it works i said ok i will come back on monday. ok yesterday i called him and asked for my ps2 he said he can't repair it coz lense is weak and need to be replaced he also said that he has done servce(clean the lense etc) when i asked how much a new lense will cost he said 4000 Rs i don't want to buy a new lense coz its very expensive if it was 1000 i would have bought it. now tell me what to do? few games are working it isn't completly broke. that guy from kiran electronics told me that after service etc its playing few games but not all he demostrated by playing one game for me. well i paid him and came back home. tried my own games and so far only one game worked. guys tell me how much that lense of ps2 costs?
