Delta AFB1212SHE:

120mm x 120mm x 38mm

Rated voltage: 12v
Operational voltage: 6.0 - 13.8v
input current: 1.6A
speed: 4100rpm
Max air flow: 190cfm
noise: 55.5db

used this as inlet infront of the processor socket and temp fell by 8c on the processor and 9c on the motherboard. (asus silent square cpu cooler, amd 3800x2, k9n-sli)

can be loud at stock voltage but at 7v hardly audible while maintaining around 120cfm

comes with bare wire (ground, +ve, speed sensor). never connect it to motherboard headers or digital fan controllers as it can burn and possibly damage the motherboard.

usually sells for around $17 in the US

err.....They're used for lighting up the inside of the case for purely aesthetic purposes. I don't think they have any cooling capabilities!
