Now what is that about? Every so often when ever I post I come across this message and my post is posted 2-5 days later...what's going on there mate? Are we in school or something?

Not sure. This doesnt happen with everyone except spammers. I know you arent one, and i am the one who approves your posts. You are one of the 2-3 ppl that are facing this issue (mostly its u coz the other 2 ppl dont make frequent posts. are u sure about this 2-5 day time period? coz i tend to approve ur post as soon as i see it. i might not be able to do it in the afternoon period as im not available that time, but whenever i see an unapproved post, i approve it asap (unless its a spam).

I dont know what could be the problem, but i'll try sorting it out. basically a post is sent for moderation if it contains offensive words, but even though your posts dont contain such words, they are often sent for moderation. I'll have a look into it. Sorry for this trouble.

no, there is no such option. i checked his profile options and other settings but nothing led me to the reason as to why most of his posts are sent for moderation.

Demotion from your current status might be the solution. Should I apply it?

As far as the topic goes... I too am unable to spot any problem in his profile. Checked everything using the Mods control panel but everything was normal. Lets see if his promotion to senior member solves the issue.
