Whenever I create a server on Lan some idiot among the players changes my name and can also shut the server down.! Many time I got my name changed to hang etc etc! and how to make ther server cheat proof? I have seen Sav Scan being run by some servers, how to do that?

What OS is the server running?
Does it have any firewall installed?
I would lock down unnecessary deamons or services and ports but answer above first.

hmm here is another cs secret trick. very little people know it.

in console type exactly the following

alias name "

Now even yourself cant change the name.

you can have VAC or Cheating Death only one at a time its your choice!

How do you justify the shutting down the server. There is no way to shutdown the cs server without knowing the rcon password.

give me more details i will solve your prblem

VAC, VAC2 and C-D doesnt have to do any thing with above problems.

i m aware of dis trick azfar and fahim is write shutting down the server trick is out their happen'd to me twice after receiving the threats of shutting down my server !!
