Saad first of all.. if you need de certificate for admission and thinking you cant get into any university without the certificate well then thats not actually necessary.. You can easily get admission... BUT.. you'll have to give them the equi. certificate later on...
Anyways.. A'level students send it to Islamabad for the certificate.
