get a no steam cs1.6 host a dd server to host it online u must need a static ip den since it seems yr using lan u hv a internal ip .. do one thing install hamachi that way u will get a static ip thru that and try hosting it on that it myt help u out bt u need quiet a bandwidth send n receive ..else it will lag
